Job Description
Pavers Shoes Limited are a rapidly growing ambitious family owned shoe retailer with over 85 outlet stores across the UK & Ire and have ambitious plans to grow to over 100 outlets by 2011. As a result of our growth plans we are looking to recruit for our Pavers store in Gloucester.
Gloucester, Gloucestershire - Commutable from Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Stroud, Cirencester, Lydney, Monmouth, Worcester, Ross on Wye, Stroud
As an experienced retailer you will drive excellent standards of customer service throughout the store and manage the day to day running of the Outlet. You will proactively coach and develop an enthusiastic team in meeting Company performance targets and delivering great results.
We are interested in individuals who enjoy the challenge of the retail environment want a rewarding career, have a passion for customer service, and have strong leadership, communication, planning and organisational skills.
You may be a current Store Manager, Concession Manager, Deputy Manager, or possess management experience and are looking for the next step in your career.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £19,000 plus Bonus, staff discount, and company contribution pension.
