Job Description
Mortgage Customer Advisor - with an uncapped bonus, excellent benefits and career progression.
You will be working for a reputable and well established company dealing with customers questions and queries whilst also providing them with information on products.
You will need to have excellent listening and questioning skills to enable you to find out about the customer's queries early on in the call to ensure they are connected to the correct department.
They are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals who have a passion for delivering excellent customer service with a minimum of 6 months contact centre experience. You must be able to pass a credit check.
You will need to be fully flexible Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm and weekends on a rota
